Watermelon Salad

Queen Bey’s been drinkin’ watermelon. Why don’t you put yours in this healthy, refreshing salad?

Watermelon Salad
  • ¼ watermelon cut into wedges
  • 200g marinated feta, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Mixed greens
  • Green beans, trimmed (optional)
  1. Place watermelon, feta, and mixed greens in a bowl
  2. Combine oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Drizzle dressing over the salad
