Baked Pineapple-Cheese Pimiento Toasts

Makes 12-14 servings

1 box Quick melt cheese, grated

1 box Cheddar cheese, grated

½ cup Butter

1 small can Pimiento, chopped

¼ cup Mayonnaise

¼ cup Condensed milk

½ cup Crushed pineapples

*salt and ground white pepper, to season

1 French baguette, sliced into thin rounds

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cheeses, butter, pimiento, mayonnaise, condensed milk, and crushed pineapples. Season with salt and ground white pepper.
  2. Mix thoroughly until mixture is smooth. Store in an airtight jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Spread cheese pimiento generously on bread slices. Arrange bread on a baking tray and bake in an oven toaster for 6-8 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. Serve immediately.
