Lemon Avocado Tuna Sandwich

  • 1 can tuna Century Tuna, drained
  • 1 tablespoon minced coriander
  • 2 tablespoons red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Bread
  • 2 tablespoons avocado
  • Arugula
  1. Add the Century Tuna, coriander, red onion, olive oil, lemon juice and zest to a bowl
  2. Season with salt and pepper and combine
  3. Slice the avocado and add it to a bowl
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Mash with a fork
  6. Assemble your sandwich
