When it comes to food, some like it hot. Eat steak Argentinian style with this easy to make chimichurri sauce.
  • 2 cups packed parsley, minced
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons minced oregano
  • 1½ tablespoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  1. Mince the parsley and garlic. For a finer texture, use a food processor.
  2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Stir in the olive oil then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Decant in your container of choice and let stand for at least 20 minutes.
  5. Serve!
