Baked Pineapple-Cheese Pimiento Toasts
Makes 12-14 servings
1 box Quick melt cheese, grated
1 box Cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup Butter
1 small can Pimiento, chopped
¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Condensed milk
½ cup Crushed pineapples
*salt and ground white pepper, to season
1 French baguette, sliced into thin rounds
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cheeses, butter, pimiento, mayonnaise, condensed milk, and crushed pineapples. Season with salt and ground white pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until mixture is smooth. Store in an airtight jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Spread cheese pimiento generously on bread slices. Arrange bread on a baking tray and bake in an oven toaster for 6-8 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
