- In a large bowl, combine the crumbled hash browns, egg , mozzarella cheese, and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well-combined.
- Using your hands, roll about two tablespoons of the hash brown mixture then wrap it with a slice of bacon. Secure the wrap with a toothpick. Repeat until all the hash brown mixture has been used.
- In a heavy bottomed pot, fry the cheesy bombs on each side until the bacon is crispy. Serve warm with your choice of dip.
